Day 2, Salt Road Drive
Today we suggest you to drive to the scenic “Salt Road” Between Trapani and Marsala. Drive along the lagoon of” Stagnone” to admire the windmills and tanks in which the water slowly dries to leave out the salt. We suggest to drive along the ponds and the white mountains of salt on the late afternoon when the sunset create reflections of extraordinary beauty.
At lunch time you could stop in a local wine estate in Marsala area for a the visit of the cellars and tasting of their typical wine. Overnight near Mazara del Vallo.

Day 3, San Vito Lo Capo & Erice
Today you will visit the village of San Vito Lo Capo famous for the beauty of its beach with white sand and crystalline waters. San Vito is a typical Sicilian fisherman village with a long tradition tuna fishing “Le Tonnare”. Enjoy the local cuisine based on the fresh fished seafood and try “Couscous” the typical dish of San Vito a tiny pasta made of wheat steamed and seasoned with fish soup broth. In the afternoon continue to the top hill village of Erice famous for its typical narrow street, beautiful churches and the “Venus Castle” overlooking the valley and the Sicilian Coast. Overnight in Marsala.
Day 4, Marsala - Segesta - Palermo
After breakfast check out hotel. Continue to Palermo the main town and Capital of Sicily. On the way to Palermo we suggest to stop in Segesta. We recommend a visit of the ruins of the Greek temple, one of the best preserved temples of the “Magna Grecia”. Continue to Palermo city center and drop off you car. Overnight in Palermo.
Day 5, Palermo
Today you explore Palermo with a Hop-on Hop-off tour. Visit the main squares and monuments of Palermo such as “Politeama” Theater, Cappella Palatina, the famous Piazza Pretoria and the Cathedral an unique and perfect bled of Arab-Norman and Catalan Gothic architecture. Overnight in Palermo.
